Basic Firearm Safety
This course offers fundamental firearm and life safety rules associated with owning, storing, and operating firearms. This course is perfect for first-time firearm owners. Or those seeking a basic knowledge of firearm operations.
Whiskey Creek Solutions is an authorized instructor for Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) permits and renewals for Shasta and Tehama Counties as well as the City of Red Bluff. We offer mixed classes as well as Women's Only CCW classes.
This is a higher-speed course designed for experienced shooters looking to upgrade their skill level. Various stress elements are added to drills to build participants' confidence and understanding of the capabilities of their firearms.
We conduct small classes to foster and promote the learning process. Our small classes create a setting where it is easier to concentrate and ask questions in a comfortable environment. It also increases the overall safety in the classroom and on the range.

Classes are booked in advance as groups of three to five people are formed. All training is conducted in safe manageable environments. Focused on practical real-world skills. No war stories, no unrealistic scenarios. Just simple and effective fundamental skills.
Whiskey Creek Solutions offers remote classes viaZoom! This allows students greater flexibility to attend the classes. As well as help with social distancing during these challenging times.

Background
I have been involved with firearms training and instruction since 2003. I started my training experience with licensed armed guards and became a certified firearms instructor as well as a chemical, and impact weapons instructor with California's Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
Having held instructor licenses and certificates with BSIS, NRA, and California DOJ. In 2014 I began instructing small groups on basic firearm safety and CCW classes. The smaller class sizes create a better atmosphere for learning and asking questions. So participants can get the most out of their class time.
